LOIZOU room with Queen Bed & Seaview & Balcony

This room is named after the Loizou family, who lived and worked in this building since 1913. Charalampos Loizou, born and raised in the village of Petra, Cyprus, migrated to Krini / Cesme, where he met and married Angeliki Charokammenou. A few years later, they became refugees on the island of Kalymnos. In 1913, Charalampos Loizou, alongside Ioannis Panera, purchased this building. The two were uncle and nephew, refugees from the Greek city of Krini / Cesme in Asia Minor, and they managed to establish a large bakery on the third floor. The building was vertically divided, with the southern half dedicated to the bakery business, while the northern half served as το Αρχοντικο, the family home.
